Cuisine Concepts
John Dayton, Wayne Kostroski, and Mark Haugen are the principals of Cuisine Concepts, the umbrella organization and operating company of Tejas, located at 50th and France in Edina, located in downtown Minneapolis, the Franklin Street Bakery, a wholesale bakery with a flagship retail store located in south Minneapolis, and a restaurant management and consulting business. Cuisine Concepts also conceived, developed, and currently manages Bar Abilene in Uptown, Minneapolis. The business relationship began in 1987, and the current partnership was formed in 1994.
