Franklin Street Bakery is a wholesale bakery that has been providing the country's top restaurants, hotels, retail, and food service operations with premium breads, buns, and artisan products since 1994. The bakery started as an in-house bakery, but moved to South Minneapolis to accommodate the growing demand for its products.
In 2003, Franklin Street Bakery moved to its current location, a brand new 20,000 square foot facility on the corner of 11th and Franklin Avenues, still in South Minneapolis, as part of an urban renewal project (see Press & Awards).
Today, Franklin Street Bakery products are available in over 20 states across the country.
