Lynne Hackman
Pastry Chef

Lynne Hackman, Pastry Chef, has been with the parent company Cuisine Concepts since 1990. Lynne received her certified baking degree from Dunwoody Institute. During her early days with Cuisine Concepts, Lynne served as a pastry chef for Goodfellows and as a pastry chef and sous chef for Tejas Restaurant. Lynne has worked at the Franklin Street Bakery since its beginning in 1994. Lynne manages the pastry kitchen, where she, along with her staff, is responsible for creating and producing remarkable pastry products, including our famous Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes, and savory pastries such as our herb focaccia pizza and savory brioche.
