Jerilynn Lambert is Franklin Street Bakery's accountant. Her most recent assignment, prior to joining the bakery, was as an on-site restaurant accountant with New Brighton Ventures, Inc. While there, Jerilynn assessed previous accounting methods and then designed, implemented and maintained accurate accounting procedures. Her duties also included work with Accounts Payable invoices, payroll, tax filings and monthly reporting. Prior to that, Jerilynn was with the Sage Company's Scottsdale, Arizona office, where she served as a project accountant for a restaurant and retail entity. Jerilynn was responsible for the start-up of two new businesses, daily sales reports, coding of all accounts payable invoices, weekly inventory records, cost of sales reports and monthly reconciliation of bank, credit card and vendor statements.
