We hope to be the neighborhood bakery for Downtown Minneapolis.
Franklin Street Bakery features a variety of upscale bakery products.
All of our products are made from scratch without preservatives or additives.
Our product line includes hand made hearth baked artisan breads, specialty cakes and tarts, sandwich breads and rolls, a broad variety of sweets, special occasion double layer sheet cakes, scannable photograph cakes.
For the Downtown skyway community, we can deliver a variety of bakery baskets to you for all of your meeting refreshment needs with 24 hours advance notice.

muffins, scones, pecan caramel rolls, cinnamon rolls petit pains, pinwheel danish and
bagels.
- Bread Basket: a variety of fresh-baked artisan breads including petit pain, demi baguettes and focaccia.
- "Gimme a Break": a variety of sweets including raspberry bars, lemon bars, brownies and cookies.
- Muffin Mania: a baker’s dozen of our freshly baked muffins.
- Scones Spectacular: a baker’s dozen assortment of our freshly baked scones.
- Cookies Cornucopia: a baker’s dozen assortment of our freshly baked cookies.
