Jim Radant
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Jim Radant joined the bakery team in January, 2007, as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Jim spent most of his sales and marketing career, over 16 years, with Automatic Products International of Saint Paul, a vending machine manufacturer. While there, Jim managed all distributor channel sales activities and directed the corporate sales team. He was also responsible for maintaining and building key relationships with strategic national account customers. Jim established and implemented corporate pricing policies for all customers as well.

Jim brings experience in marketing, marketing research, advertising, public relations, new production development and strategic planning initiatives to his job at the bakery. In addition, Jim has sales experience from several years each with the Consumer Products Division of Bristol Myers Squibb Company and with Block Drug Company.

Jim holds a BA and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and has been a frequent guest lecturer in undergraduate student courses at the Eli Broad School of Hospitality Management at Michigan State University.
