Artisan Breads

Franklin Street Bakery takes great pride in our artisan breads. The dough is created with carefully developed recipes using the finest ingredients, including starters fermented for appropriate lengths to create the depth of flavor that sets our product apart.

 

Our skilled bakers hand-form each loaf and remove them from the oven when they are perfectly baked. Our artisan breads can be thawed and served or placed in 400° oven to crisp the crust and warm the inside before serving.
