Jack S. Thompson joined Franklin Street Bakery in September, 2006, as Controller. Formerly, Jack was the principal of The Thompson Group, a management consulting firm specializing in providing financial, accounting and information system services to its clients. Jack is a former corporate finance executive and CPA, with a background of leadership and accomplishment in diverse business environments. Jack has worked with established and rapidly growing companies ranging in size from $10 million to over $900 million in annual sales, and his background includes work as a Big Six auditor focused on high-technology and industrial manufacturing companies. Jack holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Iowa State University and an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago.
