Franklin Street Bakery provides a variety of fully baked breads that are ready to be served after thawing. We have nearly two dozen variations to chose from, with new recipes added all the time. Buns, Hoagies, and Rolls

FSB offers a wide range of styles and sizes of burger buns. Our egg hamburger bun is soft with a slightly sweet and delicate egg flavor, yet it is able to stand up to the biggest, juciest burger. It won't squish into the burger while you're holding it, nor will it fall apart. We also have a large variety of hoagies in a number of different flavors and lengths. For a more rustic look with a fabulous taste, try our ciabatta dinner or sandwich rolls.

Artisan Breads - Par Baked

We take great pride in our par-baked artisan program. The dough used in this program is allowed a long fermentation time to create the depth of flavor that sets our product apart from other par-baked programs. Our skilled bakers set the structure of the dough and pull it out of the oven just before the color starts to develop. When the customer is ready to use the bread, he or she puts it into a 400° oven to crisp the crust and bake in that beautiful golden brown color.

Focaccia

Our focaccia at Franklin Street Bakery is a soft, rustic bread with a slightly sweet flavor and a great oil-enriched crust. We include herbs of basil, chives, and sage in our recipe. There are a number of sizes available of this bread. This bread is an excellent choice for panini sandwiches.

From our knowledgeable chefs' years of restaurant experience we know what sells! Franklin Street Bakery has created wonderful and unique cakes that add a memorable finish to any meal. Our Ancho Diablo Cake pictured above is a chocolate explosion with a finish of ancho chile in the buttercream. Raw Dough

Our frozen pizza dough is an excellent product that can be used in a variety of ways. The dough is individually portioned into 6 oz. rolled balls. You can decide the final thickness and chewiness of the product, depending on how long you allow it to proof after it thaws. This dough has great structure that can support heavy toppings like sausage. As with our entire line of products, this dough is delivered frozen, so you decide how much to thaw and use for the day, reducing overall waste.
